  • Review all product details, specifications, and images before checkout

Refunds for Reasonable Causes

Refunds may be issued for the following reasonable causes after review:

  • Faulty or Defective Products: Items that are damaged, defective, or not as described
  • Incorrect Items: When you receive a different product than what was ordered
  • Shipping Damage: Items damaged during transit (must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery)

Refund Amount

Approved refunds exclude the following:

  • Taxes and government fees
  • Payment gateway transaction fees
  • Return shipping costs (if applicable)

Only the base product price will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Review process: 3-5 business days from request submission
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Payment provider timeline: Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive email notifications at each stage of the process

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

Exchange Policy
